Napoli travel to Stamford Bridge holding a 3-1 advantage and Lavezzi, who scored two goals in the first leg, has attempted to rally his team-mates ahead of Wednesday's game.
"We come into this game in the best way possible, with six consecutive victories and high morale," he stated on his official website.
The Argentine knows that the London club will still pose a threat despite the recent departure of manager Andre Villas-Boas.
"It will be a battle but we are ready and focussed. We are conscious of having a date with history."
Napoli will be looking to qualify for the quarter-finals of the Champions League for the first time in their history.
